Critical to a successful transition toward boosting crop production and reducing dependency on fertiliser and chemical inputs involves understanding the life in your soil. Biological farming relies on an understanding that the soil is a living organism and as a result, this living system cannot be managed in a conventional way. Conventional practices must be adjusted step by step in order to make way for a flourishing and ever-increasing soil biological population.

Various key-note speakers and our resident agronomist, microbiologist and analytical chemist provide growers with the necessary understanding of biological farming methods to enhance soil and plant health. Seminar packages can range from anywhere between 1-5 days of introductory lectures right through to advanced courses. A diverse range of growers including some of the largest in the UK and Europe have trained in our classes thus far and with regular workshops throughout the year, more and more growers are regularly gaining awareness of the importance of soil biology to healthy farming systems.
