Head of Sales and Marketing (Food and/or Meat)
We are keen to hear from candidates who have experience in managing a sales and marketing function; in particular those who have worked specifically for meat businesses. We are seeking an experienced candidate who can take control of our complete range of high quality organic products to major accounts nationally. Ideally we are looking for at least 5 years experience working in FMCG (food) in a senior sales & marketing role.
Head of Sales – Amenity - Horticulture - Agriculture
Created to oversee the further growth of our Laboratory and Compost business. The successful candidate will be aSales Person with an entrepreneurial flair and the ability to head up (including managing and growing the existing team) one of the UK’s most advanced and fully equipped soil biology and chemistry laboratories. The key responsibilities will be to research, develop and bring to market a range of in house products (including compost mixes and soil analysis) with a view to marketing them over the next 2 years.

Assistant Stockperson/General Farm Worker
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Stockperson/General Farm Worker to join the team. Some relevant experience with sheep or cattle is essential and you must be able to use a telescopic handler. Also essential is a flexible attitude and a willingness to work in all areas of the farm.
Sales co-ordinator (Meat)
To work with our existing sales team we require a sales focused co-ordinator to process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner. This role is key in driving the business forward and therefore will involve business development to potential new customers. Candidates applying should have knowledge of the meat industry and be able to work under pressure..
Quality Assurance Specialist
As part of our on-going drive to produce the highest quality products, we would like to hire an enthusiastic, knowledgeable Quality Assurance Specialist. The successful candidate will have at least 1 years experience, in manufacturing a degree in Food Technology would be an advantage, but not essential. We are keen to hear from candidates that would like to join and grow with one of the most important departments in our company.
Sales Administrator
We are looking to recruit a customer focused administrator with previous experience of sales administration. You will be responsible for responding to enquiries from customers, processing customer orders and invoices, ensuring deliveries are despatched on time and general office administration duties.
Butcher
Our operation is diverse including abattoir, boning and processing plants. We are always interested to hear from experienced candidates from high quality butchery backgrounds.
