
April 2011 saw the launch of our new Recipe Club which we hope you will sign up for - it's TOTALLY FREE! The aim is to expand your culinary horizons by bringing you recipes for supper parties, family meals and culinary delights from celebrity chefs.

Apricot Stuffed Organic Pork Meatballs in a Cider & Cream Sauce
To give you a taster of what you can expect to receive each month we are previewing a supper recipe which really goes down well with guests and offering a discount on our organic pork mince so you can try it out.
This hearty supper recipe really harks back to the tastes of old England using prime British pork mince, traditional English apples and Old English cider.
We'll be surprised if your guests leave without asking for the recipe.
You can serve this dish with home-made buttery, cheese mash, which will cut through the sweetness of the dish and garden fresh green beans.
Alternatively the dish goes well with saffron rice, or spiced couscous.

How to sign-up
To join the Laverstoke Recipe Club all you need to do is click 'here' and send us the email that will appear but adding your name first - it's as simple as that. If you don't already receive our seasonal printed brochures and would like to then just add your address as well.
