Cookery Master Classes for Action Against Hunger:

During October and November The Field to Fork Cookery Cookery at Laverstoke Park Farm is hosting a series of cookery master classes presided over by five of the UK's most renowned chefs. James Martin, Pierre Koffmann, Atul Kocher, Valentine Warner and Mark Sargent are all giving their services in aid of Action for Hunger, with all proceeds going to the charity.

The evening courses are all being offered at just £150 for a two hour session, with canapés served beforehand. For more information click 'here'.

 

 

Twickenham Officially Open for Business:

On Monday 18th July Raymond Blanc officially opened Laverstoke Park Farm's new butchers shop in Twickenham, Middlesex at a reception attended by over 50 guests including journalists and special invitees.

Racing driver Damon Hill and chefs Lawrence Keough and  Bruno Loubert were amongst the honoured guests. For more information 'here'.

 

 

Children in Need - Magnificent Seven:

Every year Chris Evans auctions off the chance for six drivers and their co-drivers to join him in a motoring tour of the south using his seven classic Ferraris. Chris and Radio 2 raised over £400,000 for Children in Need from this one event!

Raymond Blanc's Kitchen Secrets (7Mar 2011):

We had the pleasure of having Raymond Blanc and the BBC here last September filming for his Raymond Blanc's Kitchen Secrets, currently airing on BBC2.

Jody's as Cool as Ever!

Laverstoke Park Farm and former Formula One World Champion staged a different form of Grand Prix at London's Smithfield when top cyclists from different sectors of the sport staged the Ice Cream Bike Challenge to launch the Fram's enw range of Buffalo Milk Ice Creams. Adventurer Ben Saunders, round -the-world cycling champion Alistair Humphreys and 2009 British cycling champion Kristian House turned out to take up the challenge. Lawrence Keough uses Laverstoke Park Buffalo Mozzarella at MasterChef Live.

This year's BBC Good Food Show at London's Olympia features MasterChef Live between 12-14 November 2010. Several top chefs will be battling it out and producing their own special MasterChef Live menu. Amongst the contenders is Roast's Lawrence Keogh who has chosen to showcase Laverstoke Park Farm's Bufalo Mozzarella in menu with a starter of Buffalo Mozzarella with Figs and Mint.

Field to Fork Show 2010 - 3rd & 4th July

There are county shows and there are food festivals, The Field to Fork Show is a combination of the two where visitors experience life on the UK’s leading Biodynamic and organic farm – Laverstoke Park, founded by former F1 world champion Jody Scheckter.

The Field to Fork Show this year took place on the 3rd and 4th July the weekend featured chef demonstrations, local producer stalls, butchery, sausage making and bread making demos, talks on biodynamics and organic farming as well as farm tours- taking in the vineyard, dairy and mozzarella making.

Delicious Magazine named our Organic Nitrate Free Streaky Bacon as the best Organic Streaky Bacon in it's Taste Test. They comment:
