We are establishing an experimental dairy processing plant on the farm in order to make our own cheeses, yoghurts, butter and ice cream. We are also aiming to supply milk from our different milking animals. It is hoped this will be in operation by mid-2005.

We will also be aiming to provide raw, unpasteurised milk, as well as cheese made from raw milk and other raw milk products.

The processing unit has been designed, planning permission obtained, and we have already purchased some of the equipment. Watch this space for further updates.
