At Laverstoke we are establishing our dairy herds following, as always, our philosophy of producing the best-tasting healthiest food.
Our animals may produce less but the quality is higher.
This means we have chosen classic breeds such as Jerseys but also more unusual dairy stock such as Water Buffalo.
We are also looking to increase our range of dairy produce so we are developing herds of Lacaune sheep for cheese production, and hope to be milking goats in the future as well.
