Property

Overton is a popular village, due to its proximity to London and excellent transport links and it does mean that property in the village can be difficult to find at times. There are many surrounding villages and towns where property can be found (to rent and to buy) and most main estate agents will have property listings for the area on their websites. The two local estate agents are Parnell, Jordy and Harvey – based in Overton – contact 01256 770 836 (http://www.pjhproperty.co.uk/) and Redwoods – based in Whitchurch – contact 01256 896 666 (http://www.redwoodsproperty.co.uk/branchinfo.asp?Bid=4).
