Fruit & Vegetables

In and around the Walled Garden at Laverstoke Park, the team lovingly grow more than 100 organic fruits, vegetables and herbs … some quite unusual! Each day they harvest the best of our fruits and vegetables as and when they come into season.

We also have three acres of glass houses in Lymington (fuelled by an environmentally friendly biomass boiler), which enables us to produce the earliest and latest varieties in England. We have a further 130 acres for fruit and vegetable production in Lymington which has the highest average sunshine quota in the UK.
