Delivery

Quality and service is what we strive for at Laverstoke Park. We use national couriers to deliver your order, which we securely pack in our own specially designed lined boxes which are insulated to keep produce chilled or frozen. All of our packaging is recyclable. Products are packed with ice packs and/or dry ice packs (Please Note: It is quite normal for the ice packs used to be defrosted by time of delivery. Orders packed with dry ice require special care. If the packs still contain dry ice on delivery these should be removed from the box using a cloth or tongs).

Delivery Charges

Delivery costs just £5 for any orders under £75, delivered anywhere in the UK mainland. Delivery on orders over £75 is completely FREE! We do have a minimum order of £25 to maintain our subsidised, discounted delivery charges and ensure our high standards are not compromised.

Delivery Dates

At Laverstoke Park, customer satisfaction is the highest priority. We will shortly be including a feature which will enable you to choose when you would like your meat to be delivered, up to a month in advance. These are the quickest available delivery dates:

• Order by 3pm on Monday, for delivery on Wednesday
• Order by 3pm on Tuesday, for delivery on Thursday
• Order by 3pm on Wednesday, for delivery on Friday
• Order by 3pm on Thursday or Friday, for delivery on Tuesday
• Any orders over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Because we are shipping farm fresh produce we cannot guarantee next day delivery to certain parts of the UK. If you wish us to deliver to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or Northern Island delivery may take 2 days. Whilst we can pack your order with extra coolant packs to help keep your produce fresh, we cannot cover these deliveries under our normal money-back guarantee, so shipment is at your own risk.
