The Cookery School at Laverstoke Park Farm opened it’s doors this Summer. Our unique cookery school at the heart of the farm is where you can learn how to get the tastiest, healthiest food from the Field to the Fork.

We have a saying at Laverstoke...

Healthy soil = Healthy grass = Healthy animals = Healthy meat and milk = Healthy People.

Teaching more than just recipes, the cookery school - headed up by Paul Blake – specialises in the art and science of cooking, hand in hand with the provenance of the ingredients and how to shop for the best value, as well as what to look and ask for.

Our cookery school takes full advantage of the beautiful backdrop of Laverstoke Park providing pupils with a great insight into the farm, not usually seen by the public.

Bespoke Classes

These are just some of the classes we can offer - Let us know what you or your group would like in the class and we will create it for you. Prices from £50 per head for groups of up to 12 people. Individual tuition or classes for small numbers are also available.

‘Stock up your Freezer with Homemade Organic Meals’

All we need is a £10 (non-refundable) deposit, with the names and addresses of attendees. Balance must be paid within a week of booking to secure your place on your preferred date.
