Buffalo has all the advantages of traditional beef, and the taste is just as meaty but with more depth of flavour. Buffalo burgers are also lower in fat than many comparable burgers, so it’s a great way to enjoy delicious burgers if you’re keen to stay healthy. Our burgers are made here on the farm in small batches. We use a coarse ground of mince and add a little of our own organic beef, and a smidgen of seasoning, but no preservatives or added nasties.
