If you love a really meaty, un-greasy sausage, then try this. Made on the farm using and select breeds of organic pork, it contains only shoulder meat, for superior flavour and quality. Because of the unique way we rear our pigs, the pork is naturally more flavoursome, and to pep it up we add a few traditional spices and herbs including nutmeg, coriander, and mace, grown here in our own kitchen garden.

Keep refrigerated below 4°C after purchasing. If freezing, freeze on day of
purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours.
Once thawed do not re-freeze.

/i am probably the one in a thousand, but I gave all the sausages ordered away as I found the skins of the product very chewy and so did not like them , The bacon however was very good as was the black pudding
