These long, thin bangers taste phenomenal because they’re made with our own organic old-fashioned breed pork. We make them here on the farm in small batches using only shoulder meat which makes them especially meaty and un-greasy. We just add a few traditional herbs and spices. As you’d expect from an artisan-made product, they have a natural look about them and they grill to a gorgeous golden-brown colour.

Storage
Keep refrigerated after purchasing. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase
and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Once
thawed do not re-freeze.
