Good enough to serve at a dinner party, these organic sausages have a clean, ‘true’ taste of lamb and mint and a deep, fragrant aroma. Quite moist and lean, these coarse-cut bangers are made in small batches in our own butchery. As well as fresh mint, we also add a little black pepper and a hint of sage, coriander and nutmeg. We use our own organic lamb fed on our unique pastures planted with 31 grasses, herbs & clovers, which is why they taste so delicious.
This is an artisan product and only produced on Wednesdays - if your order contains this product it will be despatched for Thursday or Friday delivery to ensure this product reaches you fresh and in prime condition.
Please note all our sausages are certified gluten-free. We do not use nitrates, nor any other artificial preservatives in our products.
Ordered these as a "little extra" to try, because they sounded good. They were actually the first item we tried. I shallow fried them on a low heat with some onions and they were absolutely delicious. Real lamb flavour came through with each bite. Very moist too - not at all dry, which is so often the case!
