Of all domesticated species the Water Buffalo has been
least influenced by modern science. Buffalo meat is a low fat, tasty alternative to beef.
Gourmet burgers don’t come much better than this. Buffalo has all the advantages of traditional beef, and the taste is just as meaty but with more depth of flavour. Buffalo burgers are also lower in fat than many comparable burgers, so it’s a great way to enjoy delicious burgers if you’re keen to stay healthy.
Our burgers are made here on the farm and we use a coarse ground of mince and add a little of our own organic beef, and a smidgen of seasoning, but no preservatives or added nasties.
Please note all our burgers are certified gluten-free. We do not use nitrates, nor any other artificial preservatives in our products.
Storage:
Consume within 3 days or use by date
Keep refrigerated below 5°C
If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month
Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use within 24 hours
Do not refreeze once thawed

These were really special burgers. Nice and chunky with a good taste.
VERY tasty without any of the artificial taste of so many burgers you get in the supermarkets. I usually make my own for this reason - but now I have a lazy alternative.
Lovely taste but quite a few tiny bits of gristle which rather spoilt it
