Our most popular creation in burger flavour combinations. The flavoursome buffalo meat combined with our fresh mozzarella with a sprinkling of basil to give an extraordinary flavour and texture.
This is an artisan product and only produced on Tuesdays and Thursdays only - if your order contains this product it will be despatched for delivery on a day closest to production day to ensure this product reaches you fresh and in prime condition.
Please note all our burgers are certified gluten-free. We do not use nitrates, nor any other artificial preservatives in our products.
Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC.
If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and
consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Once thawed
do not re-freeze.
Prepare & Use
Preparation: When handling raw meat, ensure all surfaces,
utensils and hands are thoroughly cleaned afterwards. Keep raw meat separate
from cooked foods, ideally at the bottom of your fridge.
This product
contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Remove all packaging.
Do not reheat.
Grill: Domestic
grills vary. The following is a guide only.
Grill for 10-12 mins under medium
heat, turning occasionally.
Fry: Fry in a 1/2 tbsp of olive
oil or lard for 10-12 mins on medium heat.

Very good meaty burgers - highly recommended
Burgers were very tasty, we couldn't really taste the basil and mozzarella but they are very good burgers.
We would eat them again.
