Bring our 6oz (170g) gourmet burgers into your kitchen Gourmet burgers don’t come much better than this. Buffalo has all the advantages of traditional beef, and the taste is just as meaty but with more depth of flavour. Buffalo burgers are also lower in fat than many comparable burgers, so it’s a great way to enjoy delicious burgers if you’re keen to stay healthy. Our burgers are made here on the farm in small batches. We use a coarse ground of mince and add a little of our own organic beef, and a smidgen of seasoning, but no preservatives or added nasties.

Brilliant burgers....loved by all the family and as a special trat we melt mozzarella over the top just before serving. Great flavour and a good way to introduce buffalo to your diet if you are unsure of the flavour...you wont be disappointed.
Quite easily far and away the best 'bought' hamburgers I have ever found anywhere.
I would even venture to say they're better than my home-made ones, for which I use steak that I mince myself.
