Whether it is for summer salads of a treat at Christmas and Easter there is nothing like a good gammon or ham on the sideboard for casual meals, sandwiches and snacks. Our ham is made using our pork, which we then cure in the farm charcuterie. The taste of our ham is exceptional.
All of our pigs live their entire lives happily outdoors in straw bedded arks. People are often surprised to learn that pigs enjoy eating grass. For that reason we move them every two weeks to provide them with fresh pastures. By eating our succulent herbs, clovers and grasses our pigs are, we believe, healthier and the meat is much more flavoursome and tender.
