This year we introduced to Sainsbury's our new buffalo meatballs, which proved so popular we have married them with a tomato and basil sauce in this ready meal. Serve with spaghetti, rice or vegetables for a hearty family meal.
Our Meatballs are made fresh every Thursday, so will be available only for Friday deliveries
Ingredients:
Buffalo Meatballs (Buffalo 90%, onion, beef Stock (water, onion, carrot,
leek, garlic, thyme, bay leaf, peppercorns) Salt, Potato Starch,
Garlic, White Pepper, Mace, Rubbed Rosemary, Ascorbic Acid), Olive oil,
Garlic, Onion, Red wine, Beef stock, Tomatoes, Tomato juice, Salt, Black
pepper, Fresh basil
they are very dense some deskinned roasted pureed aubergine would lighten them and make them delicious
