We genuinely believe our ice cream is the 'best in the world' and we don't make this boast lightly - we have many top food industry awards to back us up!

Made on the farm in our purpose-built dairy, the taste is unusually creamy because we use buffalo milk from our own herds. They've grazed on our unique clover-rich pastures to produce the creamiest and most delicious milk - you have never tasted any ice cream like it.
