Our smooth, lusciously creamy buffalo milk ice cream is also enhanced with Jersey cream. (Unsuitable for those with lactose intolerence).
Our buffalo mozzarella is like the fresh mozzarella you find in Italy and has beaten Italian mozzarella in many blind taste tests (note for vegetarians - animal rennet is used in this product).
