All our succulent steaks are now hung to mature for 21 to 28 days. Beef steaks are cut from our award winning organic beef, whilst buffalo steaks are cut from our naturally reared buffalo meat. All our beef cattle are grass-fed on a cocktail of 31 grasses, herbs and clovers. The majority of our beef is from our Angus herd, or our HErefords - both breeds noted for their superb meat quality.
