Our organic lamb meats come from traditional slow-growing breeds, such as Hebridean, Polled Dorset and Lleyn. All or lambs are grass fed on pasture that is a cocktail of 31 grasses, herbs ad clovers and the lamb meat is hung to mature for a minimum of 14 days.
