Our organic free range chicken is just how traditional chicken used to taste. The breast meat is firmer and meatier because the chickens are able to flap their wings and develop firmer breast muscle, whils the brown meat has a sweeter taste because htey live on a more natural diet of insects and the sweeter grass top shoots, as well as herbs and clovers.
