All our beef cattle are organic and grass-fed on pasture that is own with a cocktail or 31 grasses, herbs and clovers. THe majority of our beef is Aberdeen Angus and Herefords - traditional slow growing breeeds noted for their tasty, tender meat. We also occasionally offer our Native Angus beef - a rare breed thatwas the fore-runners of Aberdeen Angus.
