Like our organic beef joints our organic beef cuts are from prime organic meat from primarily Angus cattle or Herefords - two breeds renowned for their succulent tasty meat. Our beef cattle are grass-fed ona cocktail of 31 grasses, herbs and clovers and then hung for between 21 and 28 days.
