This ‘king of cuts’ is the perfect balance of flavour and tenderness and ours is especially good because very few farms can – or do – take as much care over rearing their animals. It starts with the soil and the unique pastures which we plant with 31 grasses, herbs and clovers. We have our own butchery and we mature the beef for as long as it needs – always 21 days and often more – for the most incredible flavour and tenderness.
