You’ve never tasted rump steak quite like ours, thanks to the unique blend of 31 herbs and clover that we specially select and plant in our pastures for the cattle to munch on.
You’ll notice it has the rich, beefy flavour that’s characteristic of the rump cut, but without the over-powering intensity or the ferrous after-taste that you sometimes get with rump. It’s very finely marbled for good flavour throughout and the texture is fine-grained with a good, toothsome bite.
Storage
Keep refrigerated below 4°C after purchasing. If freezing, freeze on day of
purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours.
Once thawed do not re-freeze.
