Most butchers will tell you that this is their favourite steak. The reason is the incredible flavour, really rich and mellow.
Laverstoke Ribeye steaks have an extra nuance all of their own, simply because the way we rear our animals is very different. They graze all day on our pastures planted with our ‘mixed salad’ of 31 grasses, herbs and clovers, and it really makes the beef taste lighter, fresher and brighter. We also mature the beef for between 21 and 28 days so the flavour develops to its absolute peak of perfection.
