Our fillet steak tastes extraordinary. Our cattle’s unique diet of 31 herbs, clover and grasses gives this mild, tender steak a complex depth of flavour that you simply can’t find anywhere else. It’s very finely marbled and a joy to eat, whether raw, cooked or cold the next day. Fillet is prized by some as it’s very lean with a mild, delicate flavour and exquisitely tender.
Storage
Keep refrigerated below 4°C after purchasing.
If freezing, freeze on day
of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24
hours. Once thawed do not re-freeze.
