Like beef sirloin steak, this cut is a fantastic combination of flavour and tenderness. Our buffalo steaks are very juicy and succulent with a mild flavour similar to finest beef. It is slightly darker in colour too. We rear our herd of water buffalo on our unique pastures of 31 grasses, herbs and clovers which helps make this meat taste incredible. Whether you choose buffalo for dietary reasons, nutritional reasons or just because you love the taste, ours is unbeatable for fantastic flavour and succulence. Just keep an eye on the heat, as buffalo is very lean so it needs more gentle cooking.
