If you’ve never enjoyed buffalo meat before, this is a great steak to try. Like finest beef, the ribeye cut has an amazing rich, mellow flavour and a toothsome bite. Buffalo are the least developed of all the bovine family so the meat tastes very similar to beef, but somehow more simple and earthy. The buffalo all comes from our own herd – unique in Britain - and is matured for between 21 and 28 days for outstanding flavour and texture. Naturally lean, it’s the true connoisseur’s choice.
