When you want to give a richer flavour to your Cottage Pie, Spaghetti Bolognese or other dish based on mince, then try making it with Buffalo. This naturally lean meat cooks beautifully and has a slightly softer texture and lighter colour than beef, as well as a greater depth of flavour.
The buffalo are all grass-fed and naturally reared on our unique pastures planted with 31 grasses, herbs and clovers.
The meat is matured and minced in our own butchery here in the farm, so the quality is unbeatable.
Storage
Keep refrigerated after purchasing.
If freezing, freeze on day of purchase
and consume within 1 month.
Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Once
thawed do not re-freeze.

When handling raw meat, ensure
all surfaces, utensils and hands are thoroughly cleaned afterwards. Keep raw
meat separate from cooked foods, ideally at the bottom of your fridge.
Excellent in a superb Cottage pie. Lean but no dryness after cooking. Well flavoured.
