All of our pigs live their entire lives happily outdoors in straw bedded arks. People are often surprised to learn that pigs enjoy eating grass. For that reason we move them every two weeks to provide them with fresh pastures. By eating our succulent herbs, clovers and grasses our pigs are, we believe, healthier and the meat is much more flavoursome and tender. Our pork also has a more finely grained texture - you will really notice the difference.
