I roasted this for lunch today, it was tender, tasty, it was the best piece of lamb I have ever tasted. It didn't need any heavy seasoning, I just used a light dusting of fresh black pepper and a pinch of sea salt.
Now I have found Laverstoke park Farm I will not be purchasing meat from anywhere else
