For a spectacular table presentation, choose this lamb loin which is a joy to carve.
First time I had cooked rack of lamb so I guessed (slight criticism here - it came without cooking instructions) and roasted one piece for 30 mins and the other for 45 mins at 200 degC. This was just perfect as I like it rare (very pink in the middle) but my wife likes meat well done! It was very tender and delicious.
Perfect for a quick meal...be it for the family or a dinner party. Amazing flavour.
